In many ways, 'heartsoulmind' is a picture of Akron-native solo act Jonathan Andrew Kurz. From the opening of The Pastor's Daughter to the anti-climax of I Waited, Jonathan opens up about his emotions, beliefs and creative visions.
Seasoned with the salt of Biblical imagery, and peppered with the spice of wit, 'heartsoulmind' will neither disappoint nor over-impress. It is Jonathan's desire that his authentic, simplistic approach will be but a clear window into all three sections of the album.
